Sale/Acquisition: For the owner who is ready to sell his or her business, but also wants to leave behind a strong legacy and a team of well cared-for employees and customers, Silvercloud can structure mutually beneficial sale terms as part of an acquisition. In the case of a sale or acquisition, Silvercloud is able draw on its extensive network of potential managers, and in consultation with current management, structure a seamless transition of the business.
Majority Investment/Recapitalization: For the owner who wants to “take some chips off the table", restructure or increase the size of their equity base, but who also wishes to continue managing with an equity position in the business without being financially overburdened, Silvercloud can provide funding to recapitalize or restructure a business. Silvercloud can also provide additional management skills and/or personnel to supplement current management, particularly in the areas of finance, financial controls, business process, strategy, sales and marketing.
