Commitment to Management: We operate on the philosophy that future value is best created by serving as an investing partner and sounding board for operating management. While the principals and advisors to Silvercloud have significant management experience and can offer support to operators when appropriate, Silvercloud’s objective is to establish an agreed-upon operating and strategic plan, and then step aside to allow management to execute that plan. We empower and provide incentives to management to take pride in their business and run it like they own it.
Commitment to the Community: Part of what makes Silvercloud unique is our focus on smaller companies here in Colorado. Privately-held businesses form the backbone of our community's employee base, and we believe that helping companies make a successful transition is good for employees, customers and our community. We have a long-term investment horizon and focus our efforts on growing our portfolio companies so that they, too, can continue to make positive and meaningful contributions to our community in the form of jobs creation and service.
