Maribeth Younger
Maribeth Younger is Vice President and General Counsel for Silvercloud, and is primarily responsible for Silvercloud's legal affairs. Maribeth has over a decade of legal experience and is a graduate of Harvard Law School, where she was Executive Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy. She started her career practicing international trade law with Collier Shannon & Scott in Washington, D.C., and subsequently practiced corporate and securities law in Silicon Valley for Brobeck Phleger & Harrison and most recently for The Venture Law Group (now a division of Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe). Her clients included Xylan Corporation (networking), General Surgical Innovations (medical devices), MultiGen, Inc. (real-time 3D imaging software), and Quantum 3D, Inc. (graphics acceleration hardware and software). She is a member of the New York and California Bar Associations.
She is an active volunteer in the Greater Denver area, and has served on the Board of Directors for the Providence Network, a non-profit organization that provides interim housing and counselling services to inner-city Denver residents, where she is also a Co-Founder and Co-President of the Friends of Providence Network Volunteer Guild. Maribeth is a summa cum laude graduate of Miami University in Ohio, and earned her Masters Degree in International Studies from the University of Leeds, UK, where she attended on a Rotary Scholarship and graduated with highest honors.
Maribeth is an active runner and triathlete (including the 2006 Ironman Wisconsin and 2007 Ironman Coeur D'Alene), and enjoys spending time with her three children.
