Industries: Silvercloud seeks to invest in:
- niche manufacturers
- service businesses
- value-added distributors
- wholesalers
Silvercloud typically will not invest in retail businesses, restaurants or highly capital-intensive businesses.
Geography: Silvercloud seeks to acquire and/or invest in companies with principal operations in Colorado.
Size: For Start-ups, Silvercloud seeks investment requirements of $500,000 to $2,000,000. Silvercloud targets acquisitions of companies with revenues of between $3 million and $25+ million, and operating earnings of at least $500,000.
Characteristics: Silvercloud prefers to invest in companies that have loyal and diverse customer and employee bases with a history of strong cash flows, but will also consider turn-around opportunities where appropriate.
Investment Size: Silvercloud focuses on transactions with entity valuations between $1 million and $10 million, and an equity investment between $500,000 and $5,000,000.
